i have convert to D campus from digi normal plan on 14/8/2009.

after i reload RM 10 , and press *126#

is said my dcampus is untill 11/01/2011
is that normal ??

Every reload lasts for a year, it will continue until 4 years.

Just asked CS,they told me the plan is valid for 4 years OR when you reach 25 yrs old, which ever come 1st.


For example,you now 23 yrs old convert to dcampus,so your plan will ended at at 2012.

If you now 19 yrs old,and convert to dcampus,so your plan will ended at 19+4 = 23 years old.

When did you register? If you registered in August 2009, add 4 years to it so it is August 2013. By 2013 you will be 26 years old. 2013 - 1987 = 26
So 4 years validity or 25 years comes first will end your DiGi Campus plan, in your case your 25 years old will come first. So your package will end in August 2012 instead of August 2013.

No worry nothing to fix, every of us are having the same validity till 2011 only.
For example I reload today then the reload validity is 11.01.2011, I reload again next month so the validity will change to 11.02.2011, then I reload again in March, it will change to 11.03.2011 and the list goes on. OK, fast forward to next year, it will change to 2012. Can understand? Then it will continue for 4 years or until your age has reached 25... That's the meaning of 4 years validity.

but as my friend aged 24, will it auto expire next year even it showed 2014 on *126#?
