No, for DiGi Campus is capped at maximum RM 30.00.
It is counted from the 1st of every month, and you won't be charged anymore once it reaches RM 30.00, and you can use it until last day of the month.
It is very easy to reach RM 30.00, for my case it only takes less than 5 minutes to reach RM 30.00.

Yes, but that RM 30 starts counting from the 1st of every month.
Do not necessarily need a HSDPA modem but a phone with 3G capability will work too.
No 3G signal then it will revert to EDGE or else GPRS if really no EDGE detected.
400kbps is for 3G not EDGE speed ya.

DiGi Campus does not allow conversion anymore, you need to buy a new SIM pack.

Well, if your kampung has HSDPA then it will detect HSDPA, else it will step down to a lower connection service such as EDGE or GPRS.
If you plan to use it for a long term usage, phones are not advisable as you will burn the IC due to heavy usage. It is better to get a dedicated modem because it is meant for heavy usage.

Every reload lasts for 1 year and maximum is 4 years, or age 25, whichever comes earlier I think.
