Well, if cannot online is still acceptable but if cannot make calls/SMS, this is dangerous. Emergency things will happen unexpectedly. sweat.gif

Just called and they said only prepaid numbers are affected. sleep.gif
And oh yeah, calls can be made but just that SMS (some people will be affected while some no) and GPRS or EDGE service will be interrupted. It will be resumed within 24 hours. If no improvement later, gonna bug them after 24 hours. laugh.gif

Regarding your previous enquiry about the first tier thingy...
They will calculate your top up in a 4-months, in January, May and September.
If reload RM200.00 - 249.99 will get 5% of your reloaded amount (air time) [First tier]
If reload RM250.00 - 349.99 will get 7% of your reloaded amount (air time) [Second tier]
If reload RM350 and above will get 10% of your reloaded amount (air time) [Third tier]

I think the glitch happens because of the system upgrading. They are in the midst of shifting the users to a new system. hmm.gif
In this case, I think I'll be probably be one of them too because my current balance is RM 4.66. laugh.gif
Anyway, I have not much effect as I can still use my DiGi EDGE just that the hassle of asking back from them. tongue.gif

Recently there are few forummers receiving this SMS and it varies among them:
1) Congratulations, you've just reached Tier 1 Total Usage
2) Congratulations! You've hit Tier 1 of Domestic SMS usage.
3) Congratulations! You've hit Tier 1 of Domestic GPRS usage.

The first one is still explainable but second and third, I really have no idea for them. sweat.gif

Added on April 25, 2009, 1:57 amIt is back!! I did try putting off the SIM card and replaced with my postpaid SIM card on my modem to ensure it wasn't that my modem spoilt.. Then, it worked for my postpaid SIM.

Poked in my D' Campus SIM card, then it works. thumbup.gif

I am not sure if this is co-incidentally or it was OK since ages back? doh.gif

Not so satisfactory but in short, these messages are not meant for us (D' Campus users), only for normal users. Only the GPRS message is for us.

Meaning only the GPRS SMS is for us, others are for normal prepaid users.
It happens because they are transferring the prepaid users to the new section, thus there is glitch for this case.

D' Campus only enjoys the free RM 1 and GPRS.

SMS is not for us, it is for Super SMS. smile.gif

This error occurs due to the system transfer. smile.gif
