Wht u need to do to save $ is
1st port to normal digi prepaid plan---->they give u sim card free
2nd go to road show dcampus and tell them change plan to dcampus---->free

At road show

if u from dg prepaid plan then can convert direct to dcampus

if u from other company celcom,hotlink,then u need to wait coz the process long

The 4 year is mean ur campus plan is until 2013

4 year is meant for stay in dcampus plan not validty.

u apply when u at the end of sem.
then u can use 4 year when u working.
