Yeah, if you are using your phone, you can connect via bluetooth or your phone data cable. It is advisable to use the cable as it is more stable and seems the speed is faster too.
USB HSDPA modems, very sleek looking type, can be as small as a pendrive size. biggrin.gif

Around RM 200. No, can use it anywhere.
Anyway, any unlocked HSDPA modem is usable. You might able to find cheaper and better bargain in http://forum.lowyat.net/NetworkingRelatedItems

Cheaper yet better alternative compared to buying a phone. It is better for those heavy Internet users as long hour usage on phone will eventually drain the battery and spoil the IC. IC costs a lot if it is spoilt.
My modem emits better heat compared to other modems and phones, that's why I still stick to it. An old model that has no thumbdrive capability, just a dedicated HSDPA modem. smile.gif

Well, if you register for any DiGi broadband plan, regardless Students Plan or anything will have fair usage policy applied.
Like most of us here were DiGi EDGE users (before DiGi introduced 3G, everyone was on EDGE and EDGE has no limit even until today), after we activated our 3G then it is also calculated as no limit (same like EDGE). Until today I have downloaded more than 20GB via my DiGi 3G and still standing strong.

Erm I just signed up with te Digi Campus Plan yesterday. I have several questions need to clarify although the first post is quite clear..

1) Im graduating in this coming December. Does that means that my Digi Campus plan will be terminated?
2) How is the DiGi Wap charges? Sometimes when my phone turn on the WAP and i check my current balance. The amount left is different from normal 3g line..
For example, when my digi is on 3g line, when I check the current balance it stated: rm10.
Then when my line changed to Wap, i check the current balance it appears: RM 4..44. What this means?
3)Lastly, is there away for me to set so that my phone will never use the DiGi WAP?

Thank you in advance to those that will be replying on my long questions.

Regards,
