Hi , bro here, i am looking for a condo or apartment below 150K at few area, Bukit jalil, sri petaling, OUG and Taman Desa.
I know this budget is hard to find a good property at this area , but i really like this few place..and this area is more convenience for me.

I did saw few unit at this area..but unsatisfied, either the property is not comfortable for suit, or the price is too high for me.
I saw arena green, desa petaling- winner court, winner height and amandesa(this is the condo i really like to, but the price is out of my budget)

any suggestion?..i dun mind second hand and i am not that rush, but hopefully can move in the b4 May 2009.

Woh, hard to describe but closest wld be to put it at hill top near to pearl point and I think abt 10 years plus if I am not mistaken. Just only recently repainted and good & stable Management

You can get any Bukit OUG Condominium with that prices. Also, Fortuna Court, OUG.

apartment abadi indah also can get. inside taman desa.
