have u paired it? tell us how u did it and we'll tell u whats wrong

yes, paired already. did the usual stuff: set headset to pairing mode, went to phone bluetooth devices, add new device, etc. I even see the headset icon in phone mode before dialing, but when call connected, it disappears

erh.....not too sure then. everything seems to be right. when u click on the headset name in btooth devices, do u see "set as headset"? choose that and try?

yup, tried that too... still no go. what ticks me off is if i use the dell BH200 as stereo headset to listen to song, the thing works! later gonna try pair my frens bt headset n see... if still cant, hard reset

i used these headsets on my hp6828 last time, no problems at all

Try hardreseting. I had this problem b4 on my 838 Pro with WEP200 too. I flashed a new ROM than it went okay back. Bluetooth connectivity are weird stuff. :S

@hikaru_x , do backup ur data before hardreset oh

update: just hard reset, still same problem
gonna try other headsets n see, i just hope its the headset that is not compatible, not a problem with my unit.

update2: managed to connect & call with other headset, i think its my WEP200 that's not compatible, not phone problem

no problem hikaru. if your WEP has been paired before, check your booklet on how to delete all pairing in your headset itself and try again

Btw, I have to two headsets of WEP200 and 1 charging base. lol. Thiny little sucker.

i tried to sync my touch viva with my Vista laptop but a after a while a sync error appeared. can't seem to get past this. please advice. many thanks.

u try to uncheck "enable advanced network functionality" box which in start > settings > connections tab > usb to pc

there is a enable faster data synchronization...is tat the same thing? prob is at work now so can't check. many thanks for advice.

Hi guys,

just got this Viva yesterday. one prob tho, after finishing the 1st setup/installation, the TouchFlo seems fail to launch. it says there "tap here to launch TouchFlo" then i tap there, then it says "Launching TouchFlo..." then back to "tap here to launch TouchFlo" again (for 2-3 seconds).

other application and phone works fine. I able to connect to my WLAN also.

any idea guys?

perhaps you should list out the "other application" you have. must be either one of them causing ur TFlo not working.
