I am doing a research on Malaysians' Perception on people with tattoos as it has always been a supposition and theory on how the Malaysia society perceives and stereotype people with tattoos and body art. I would like to ask you guys here a few questions.  tongue.gif
1. Why did you get a tattoo?

2. Do you frequently dress up to cover your tattoos? Why?

3. What are your own perception on people with tattoos?

4. Do you treat them differently? Why?

feel free to give your opinions.

1. I got a tattoo because I have always like the idea of carrying a living art. Not only that, its part of my heritage as a Bidayuh (Sarawakian). The design I chose was also something that is personal to me because it symbolizes a turning point in my life.

2. No I don't dress up to cover my tattoo. However, I won't tattoo in an obvious place like face or arms because it might be too open

3. I think people with tattoos are people who are committed - they can commit to having that design on them for the rest of their life. Not only that, they are creative. Most are open minded and they're cool tongue.gif

4. NO i dont
