New Con Trick: He claimed that he is not the con man once his info revealed..






Tracing back the advertisment posted on 14/09/2008 about ps3 console trade in mudah.com.my, i was happy with the price 950 incl. postage offered so i decided to take out the offer...sms him few times and with good respond.....but after i banked in the money...on the same day and send a notification to him via sms....at around 7:44.....the respond from him getting slower....he replied at 10:45 pm........but i still hold trust in him...the next monday..15/09/2008, i sms him about whether he received the money already...he replied around 8:30 and nodded ...he even assured me that he will dispatch the item before 3pm on 15/09/2008. Later at 3:45 i sms him ...assuming he already posted the item...i asked him for tracking no...but to no avail...sms him and call..him...no one picked it out...so i was ...furious already...something fishy...there....despite numerious sms and call...there was no reply...so i decided to lodged a police report at 7:30 on 16/09/2008 at my residential area. SO....everyone just becareful of this f**king ...guy....he could be out there hunting....other preys...like me....dun fall into his trap......

Beside i just lost RM 950...f**k him....

now waiting for police further feedback

when dealing at mudah.com.my, its not like lelong.com.my got IC or HP verifier members....

in mudah, whoever oso can sell. so, if the seller is someone u really dunno and he didnt trade in lelong.com.my or any other famous forum..

COD or COC, or if outstation..try to arrange fren/cousin/relative to settle for u.

lodged police report n waiting for police to take action is very slow, i tried before...no news till now...

yaloh...its my mistake...have been dealing more than 10 times buying thing online...some even worth more than 2k...but then hit this con f**king con man.in mudah...normally deal in lelong.com.my ..occasionally in lowyat....This is my 1st time in mudah then .....conned by this f**ker...i will nvr deal in mudah.com.my because mudah ditipu hahah....anyway..i guess the authentication for mudah...is not safe enough.....anyone can use any nick and any email. well just my 2cent..no offence to anyone ok....pls dun take legal action k....

And the last message is " Your name and address pls." then I sms him about 30 message and more than 10 call. sms not reply and call not answer. The day after deposit I was try to call him, he turn off his phone for one day.

He told he is from Lipis, Pahang. But from his 'slang' I believed he is kelantanese. I ask for COD but he claim that Lipis to kuantan so far and will take 5 hour drive. Lipis to Kuantan wont take that long. kelantan to kuantan do take 5 hours. But I was not thinking about that earlier because too happy with the great LCD offering.

After I paid the money to his maybank account I sms him to inform about the payment, but no reply. So, i call him. He answered my call and told me that he will post the monitor. On 3:34pm yesterday I sms him again to ask about the item but no reply. I call him several times but he turn off his phone. I felt something fishy and this morning I do some google search until I found this post that confirm I was cheated!

Knowing that I'm not alone, we must do something to STOP him. If not, more people will be cheated. Just now I called Celcom Careline to ask
whether I can get some info on his phone number. But the operator refuse to tell because of policy. He advised me to lodge a police report and bring the report to the nearest celcom branch office. This is what I will do today and I hope you do that also. Bring the report or copy of the report to Celcom and Maybank office. May be we can get some info.

Please post any update.

ya i just received ur call bro...pls ...report police asap ...i have been cheated and so far no news from police....and pls do send this link to police as well...i hope that they will take drastic action based on the number of victims reported here....current me, wangfei, aemarx and capix...and pls do not trade in mudah.com.my unless u do COD or u know the seller very well...mudah.com.my is infested with con men and cheaters like Zul Aiman...and he is still....out there....cheating and the police is just plain...useless in the case.

Alhamdulillah, I have got some info about this conman from my informer (maybank & celcom insider). As I expected, he is from Kelantan. It has been 2 days since I got cheated and I don't lodge a police report yet. The reason is I want to collect as much info/evident/prove whatsoever to include in my report. Whoever has lodge police report please send me your name and report number to aemarx@gmail.com. I have receive one from wangfei, thanks. whoever who hasn't please do so. It is easy to lodge a police report. Dont be afraid of policeman. It doesn't matter how small or big money u got cheated. U should not shy if u only lost RM50. What matter here is the conman must be STOPPED!

But my instinct say partyon is the guy, even he claim he is not.

Besides, read his reply. He said he wanna pay it back in instalment? If he is the victims, why he is the one who want to pay? I bet he already chicken out coz u already got his personal details.

If this case brong forward, maybe he can be expelled from the army, n government may interfere (take an action againts him) coz army's dicipline reflect how good Malaysia's rules.
