hm... subjective question... it can be 2 X 1450 or 54 X 54... better ask ur developer abt it...
for standard shop lot's size may between 24 X 100 and 30 X 100...

i doubt the shoplot is square. usually they are long and narrow. maybe you should check out the star classifieds for other shops in that area to see if the length and width are stated.

Are talking about 2900sf as the built-up area? Meaning the usable floor area. 2900sf land for a shop is big unless its a corner
