just a question/suggestion.what about putting a time limit for each participant to do the tweaking?let's say give each person an n-minutes time frame,in which the SPi run should start within that frame.(n could be any number,depending on your decision)

each participants are given 30mins,total of 8hrs continuous competition
superpi 8m@ 4ghz is around 2m 30s~50s iirc

msyafiq_m: don't worry, we have that in mind. if you got experience on OC Competition, rules and regulations will be told before the compy starts.
