That depends; the question you should ask is "what kinda of play style does YOU like best? What do YOU want to be?" there no point of we tell you to level to 70/80 resto druid when you hate being healer in raids/arena/bg.

Since your mind set on PVP and caster ther choice are now shorten to 4
they are:
1) Druid (in Boomkin Form, they expect you to cast heal overtime spell from time to time)
2) Shadow Priest (people still expect you to heal though, Note:you CAN"T heal in shadow form)
3) mages (ALOT of people gonna ask you for water before anything begins)
4) the "misunderstood, kind heart" warlock (we are still misunderstood and people hate us and we are NOT OP)

almost forget
+ 5) Elemental Shaman? its count as a caster, right?

if you want easy, go hunter, they are easy to learn easy to level, but really hard to master.

study this playstyle from youtube, WOWwiki.com, etc, only then you know what you want to play.
after that you need to study what build you like.

P.S. what faction do you want to join? the Alliance? or the Horde?
