Could anyone share with me what are the up and coming areas within Klang Valley? Up and coming means the property has great potential for capital appreciation due to the development in the area. Many thanks.

When we talk about all this, it's all based on speculation or to be exact.....you're relying on speculative market.
Take for example Rawang where investors flock in to buy because of mere speculation and rumours. Look at those investors and developments now.
Puchong came through finally but years back sends chills to the spines of those "investors" who bought it because of speculations.

You mean to advise buying in safe and 'proven' areas? Can also.
Buying on based on speculation? Also can.
It mostly depend on your risk appetite/profile really.

But to answer TS question, i say go southwards.

I would think bkt jelutong, setia alam, k.kemuning, putra heights & kota damansara have potential

All well-planned neighbourhoods, with affluent middle class residents
