will it give huge different for speed since it will not reach 1:1 by the time

Second that
Only D9GTR/GTS can withstand that kind of voltage
But could maybe be samsung chip also but chance is slim

DDR3 2000 CL7 vdimm also can whack untill 2.2v

IINM, this is neither D9GTR nor D9GTS because this ram is single sided.
D9GTR & D9GTS doesn't come on single sided 2GB ram kit.

Correct me if I'm wrong.
