Simple add a RAM/Chipset Heatsink to the arrowed location.
1. Pros: Most effective. If fully copper base will have even more improvement. Cons: might need to place on top of the clip.
2. Pros: Easy to install, average effectiveness. Cons: Need to use 3M Thermal Conductive Tape and might fall if not properly taped.
3. Pros: Effective for Cheap Tower Heatsink. Cons: Least Effective. Not recommend it since the improvement is not huge.
Warning: Doing this might void your HSF warranty
(but heatsink as you know it won't spoil just the fan will).

Works with all Xigmatek CPU Cooler Except the apache

Also works with most Thermalright Cooler Except the XP series and MST-9775 LE.
If anyone had done it and have the pics or screenshots, pls post it here!

Yes, it will drop about 2C or more it depends on the air flow in the case. Especially the exhause fan.

Added on October 4, 2008, 1:05 pmIt will work since somebody design it into a hsf.
