I just wanted to know what's the price like now for Kelana Mahkota, 1260sq, now that there a new condo, Sterling just beside it. I heard that the price for Kelana Mahkota rose to 280k - 300k plus minus Is it still possible to get a unit in kelana mahkota at 260k. Can someone enlighten me please. If im not mistaken the place is approximately 3 years old, lease hold, 2 carparks? Any negative thing about KM?

I believe you still can get at the price within 260k-270k. Try negotiate for a better deal. Hope this helps:
