3.0 is not a real overclock as it doesn't take advantage of DDR2 800 and 1:1. Once you start hitting 3.6 and beyond, *then* you will see what overclocking is all about. SuperPi in itself doesn't mean much, but it does give an indication of a processor's performance under certain parameters.
