You do not need to increase vCore on 45nms until you start to hit a substantial wall...
Maybe you got a "landmine" batch CPU, this time it's 45nm instead of the Q6600s? It's increasingly common on Intel's "best deal" CPUs... the E7k series and upwards is okay though. |
