I want to install winterboard and several other applications which are available only for firmware 2.0 and above. I have a 1.1.4 iphone. How do I upgrade it to 2.0? What are the steps? Do I need to backup my iphone sms, contacts, photos etc.? How do I backup?

Took your advice and searched for winpwn. I have windows OS installed and winpwn is not available for it (if i'm not wrong). Now what shall I do next to upgrade? I don't have Mac, neither I can arrange it. Upgrade is done through winpwn?

how to upgrade??just use itunes lorr...how to unlock ver 2.0?? try to google around.there's already someone discussing bout that..but my advice,stick to 1.14 for the moment,until the new version already have lots of apps.
