i dont know where else i want to post this topic,
and i am sory if i post at wrong section

just now,my fren bought a fresh new xbox360.
he test it at the shop,with normal tv,everythin runs fine.

but,when pluggin the xbox 360 with BENQ G2400WD, there is no images at all.
the screen just black with no image.
using HD cable.

so,i help by try another HD cable,same effect.

so, i tested again, this time with :

1. xbox360 with HPW2207H via HD cable = got display,everythin is fine.
2. my pc with BENQ G2400WD via hd cable = got display,everythin is fine.

maybe the BENQ G2400WD itself need to be tune/adjusting at it menu so it can run with the console,
but i dont know how.

hope u guys can help my friend here.
btw,is any xbox 360 user with BENQ G2400WD ?
can give me some feedbacks?

erm is ur lcd HDCP ready?

err, the monitor come with hdmi input,
does it need hdcp more?

try using vga cable first.. then set the resolution of the lcd to standard size.. 640x i forgot.. the after that.. try use the hdmi.. just my opinion..

and one more thing.. if can set the herzt.. try to change to 60hertz..

input? have u set it to auto?

I think what u mean by HD cable is HDMI cable right?
When turn on ur box did u hear any sound came out?
if u do then maybe the resolution is wrongly set
if u don then
Try to see if there any switcher ( that can switch between VGA ,DVi and HDMI or vice versa) at ur monitor ,I'm sure there is one .

It can be either u have bad monitor or bad cable, your benq model is confirmed run OK with xbox 360 either through vga or hdmi connection.

the prob was settled this morning.

everythin is running fine now.
yes indeed,hd cable is HDMI cable.
