The contacts & calender, I think it will remain if you sync it with iTunes before you Jailbreak it.

Batteries woes
Anyone having any batteries issues after the 2.2 upgrade? Some users is saying that its affecting 3G sets only, 2G ok. Any comments? |

just fine...
longer lasting acctually... i full charge it yesterday and now stillgot around 80% more.. decent sms and call.... no problem at my side |

after upgrade my iphone 2g using quickpwn to 2.2, cydia seems to be not working anymore
i still can launch cydia, but when trying to install anything, it just wont download.. anyone have similar problem? |

at 1st i got the same problem.. but let it kick in 1st. or just try turinng it off or reboot it 1st then upload it again... if not working jugak.... well JB again is the answer..

Anyone realize they have removed CallerIDFix Collection and replaced it with CallerIDfix for 2.1?
Funny thing is, it still doesnt work on the default text system.  |

its stated there do not update ur FW to 2.2 yet as it maybe lowered your chances to software unlock the iphone 3g after this.... |
