a friend of mine restored his iphone 2g with OS3.0, then coming to realize the QuickPwn software cannot accept 3.0 firmware yet.

What can i do to help him ? Tried restoring with fw 2.2.1 itunes giving error, straight tried restoring the fw from QuickPwn, same thing... cannot accept.

What to do, phone already in DFU mode.

anyone having problems SSH-ing their addressbook.sqlitedb back into their iphone with OS3.0, after launching contacts, the apple logo and loading bar comes up, and when that is done, the contacts still would not show?

how do you fix that? i really need my contacts

Addressbook restore via SSH issue solved....

after dragging these two file you have to
set permission to it use 777 or 755
it will work i did it last night only

same apply's for sms.....notes.....and ..... call history
if you have backup ed files and want to restore it through ssh

finally i get back all my previous SMS

I've upgraded to 3.0 with my Iphone 3G. I only backup my contacts via

/private/var/mobile/AddressBook/AddressBook.sqlitedb

Now that i'm in 3.0, i tried overwritting my AddressBook.sqlitedb but i still can't seem to load my contacts!!

how can it be rectified ?????????? pls help!!!! i lost all my contacts !! =(
