better refund bro because you can get official unlocked version waround that price, and you will not get any headache when want to update the firmware later, just say that your phone cant be use because its a locked phone they selling to you not an official unlocked phone then if they dont want to refund say to them ypu will make a police report bla bla. and surely you will get your refund.
