I wouldn’t buy a house near any places of worship doesn't matter the religion.
There is crowd congestion, lack of privacy, noise... cars parked at your front gate.
Pesky non-residents loitering after prayers... rubbish... so many reasons not to buy

Demand... less buyer demand means sellers would have to keep prices down to attract buyers.
