not trying to stir up any racial issues here(mods are free to closed this topic though), but i am just wondering why some gg-ers are very racist when it comes to playing dota?

For example, a friend of mine told me that certain hosts will ask your race before starting the game. If you are a malay(for example), then please leave because they somehow despise certain races?

I myself had experienced this kind of situation before, where most gg-ers will flame certain races. Scolding and mocking them.. Can anyone share a bit about this?

*although im in the wrong section i would just like to get feedbacks from other people? mod please feel free to move this to a suitable section

Because they assume malays are not good players, well most of them aren't and its a fact not to be racist or anything because they tend to play other much simpler games like shoot em up, dota is complicated, so in the game they will end up being pressured (if they can read that is) hence leaving the game which will upset their opponent because the game isn't balanced.

Can you be a little bit civillized or read before commenting, ts has already apologize if its in the wrong section.

Win at all cost mentality results in anyone and everyone being your enemy. Not unusual for this to happen. It's the ugly side of competition.

Firefox, wrong section. You might wanna try at Gamer's section. But even then, racial issues and slurs may not be look kindly by the moderators. H@H@ has a very heavy hand at banning folks. Just surprised that he hasn't taken the whip at Mindcry yet.

Well i'm a Chinese but i always say "Bodo Cina" before game starts. I purposely do that to annoy the other team cause i'm playing with 4 other friends in Sentinel.

They'll get pissed off and when they die i will continue saying rubbish again. The purpose is to keep Scourge in game instead of them being a leaver. Provoke them and they wont leave until they win the game
