SQ & DL is totally out for me

I long time tak SQ already. haha. Actually, I'm quite weak lah. Badan pun stock medium only. was ecto before, but aiming for large.

My strongest BP is at 60 lbs i think. that one i really struggle.

now 30kg also cannot already

Also, I don't dare try dead lift because unsure of how my back can adjust to the weight. Not having the right form yet. Maybe next month I'll see how good I can try.

Can get back one. For sure u can one. Just need to ease up with the DL and SQs. Those two important mah.

So far I SQ with dumbbells only. That one also I can feel the pump already.
