For BK, each different phase has different design. Take for example, BK4 &5 also have many layout and design. BK4 have one type of design that has balcony and upstairs has space for small living room. I think it's pretty decent. Then there is one with two big pillars one..which I don't really like. pls dun look at houses at bk 4...though land size also 22 X 70...

In BK5, 20X70 also have many different layout and design. Take ur time, look properly. good luck!
