if they mod toward performance that can smoke most of the on the road cars then i gt ntg to say, but some ppl just ntg to do and put a 3" exhaust pipe and "vroom......vroom....." but keep let other cars overtake

some even worst, install or waste gate or safety valvr (not sure which one) that produce a "pissss.........." sound like a turbo, but then the car still under power but the "pissssss........" and "vroom......." sound r very loud.....
