i went on to differentiate Xperia with HD on u tube.. in term of performance and others and still found that HD is the best. It really goes back to what u r using it for.

Spend a few extra hundreds.. and get the best performance in its time...

This is my first post. I just couldn't help but register specifically to post here hehehe. Wanna break some hearts of the WiMAX fans hahaha. There is no use waiting for this phone. It will never come out in Malaysia, not in its current specs. It will be no use buying this from overseas simply because the WiMAX won't work in Malaysia.

I am an RnD Engineer for WiMAX and the most fundamental thing to note here is the frequency of operation. As we can see, this phone runs on IEEE 802.16e (2.5 ~ 2.7 GHz). Which is Mobile WiMAX on 2.5-2.7 GHz frequency band and no operator in Malaysia is allowed to operate on that frequency. So you can buy one but never be able to connect to the WiMAX service provider cause they run at 2.3 GHz .

Sorry for the disappointment.

Actually frequency makes a lot of difference. Thats why one should be careful when buying a 3G/HSDPA phone from overseas. One may come to Malaysia and say well i have a 3G phone but sadly he wont be able to connect to the 3G service providers.

A word of advise for those who are not aware.
