uninstall it then only install the new 1.do not overwrite it..

well, using gigabyte here..so far not problem doh.gif..who told u such thing anyway -.-..if gigabyte stuff not good, heck they won't even offer 3 years warranty dude..as for EVGA cards, limited lifetime warranty not available at malaysia. warranty is pretty important imo..

all reference card will noisy a bit..if the temp goes to high and then the fan will spin faster..but mine i set it at 45% and it's not that noticeable.

eh?4850 reference card downclocks to 160/500mhz. not 500/700Mhz. 4850 mid range card mah..btw that is base on which ccc o.o?

well, imo..all the same tongue.gif..but if for non reference card, the factory OC 4850GS is quite decent, and cooler..

hmm,zalman fan usually uses 3 pin so i think no fan speed changeable.. but those fans r usually silent smile.gif

well, now most Gigabyte gpu comes with zalman fan..since when it's noisy? the speed it runs is being set by the fan itself so it should b fine...I used it previously so i should noe smile.gif...anyway with so many choices,y don't go for Gainward (for now, i think it's the best air cooling gpu around smile.gif )

hmm,imo..must as well top up to get 4850? is there a huge gap in performance compare to 4830?
