For those who really wants quality training partners, I suggest:

1. Register your team and participate in the next big tournament.
2. Seek out the few top teams there : the Cybertime teams, DNA-SK , TbunW4si, mKvL, Penang Ice or even Kingsurf and socialise with them (buy them a drink?)
3. Get their contacts and schedule your training times with them.

Constant training with those teams will certainly provide your team the foundations to be world class. As for the question how fast depends on your team's willingness to watch replays and understand the game.
Kingsurf took 1 month to become the Malaysia number 1 in a gruelling training process.
