Wouldn't want to, heard only bad things about it. And look at it this way, its a Derick Whibley Signature Squier. 'Nuff said.

for the derick sig, i dunno how good or bad it is la, but if ur a fan of sum 41, then shud be ok la. sure something like his sound, maybe

That it has terrible quality. Also, it has quite a chunky neck, but that may be a very subjective flaw. Basically, look at the specs on it here.. If the TS is a beginner, he might be drawn to the guitar because of it's looks. But its better to save up a bit more and get a better quality guitar. Not only would it last longer, it would also allow you to play better.

i already own a strat and wanted to get my hand on tele,but im still a beginner...
coincidentally one of my favorite guitarists(deryck whibley) use tele..
so i wanted to give it a try..
any idea where to get it?

Haha, its good alright, been my girlfriend for almost 2 years.

zariqcools, just buy an SX and do any mods yourself. That's the whole fun of it.

sx have 72 telecaster deluxe copy or not?
telecaster i only prefer large headstock instead of telecaster's original headstock

its kinda hard to customise a stock telecaster to look like his guitar, with that irregular shaped pickguard, different knobs positions and single humbucker. but what i want to know is WHY??? imo that guitar is fugly

Zariq, if you're so desperate for the headstock, you can order the neck from Warmoth. Though that would cost some extra unnecessary expenses.

anyway, i use to own an SX, not really impress by it's quality, tone bla bla bla. people seems over rate it, eventho it's cheap, i still think its not worth it. it really looks nice in store, but when i bought it, after i got home, it really look like crap. damn woh fatty.

with that kind of price tag you cant say much though.
