QUOTE(Sib @ Dec 10 2008, 09:43 PM) lol, bro do u mix up wif the cfm n rpm thingy? imho rpm is wat i considered the most nt cfm. actually cfm is the one that counts most....for me at least.. i never bother looking at rpm. cfm - the amount of air the fan can push rpm - how fast the fan spins... actually wat u want is high cfm but low rpm. meaning pushes more air even at low speed... because then u get lotsa air and lesser noise. high rpm doesnt necessarily mean more air. blade design is important so that u can get more air at lower rpms.

QUOTE(yen262 @ Jan 9 2009, 07:37 PM) yea,in same direction...and i know it is full of dust,HAF932 is just like a vacuum, suck whatever inside without filtering... but... serious ar?will the rig jam because too much dust??? yes...itll jam... coz the dust can block airflow to ur heatsinks.... worst if the dust get into ur fan motors and stop the fan from moving... this will cause overheat and then the jam

QUOTE(hahn87 @ Jan 10 2009, 11:55 AM) @madman dun scare ppl like that lar... haiyo... dust half year wont totally jam geh =.= my friend cm690 default oso use 1 year inside full on dust till haven't jam every fan still moving just the radeon 3850 reference cooler ventilation got blocked.. clean up a bit and good to go ady... the feller ask if too much dust mah... n by the time u reach "too much" itll prolly jam liao... besides... its not just about the fan jam ler... itll still create a layer of dust on ur Heatsink blocking airflow to the fins and increasing temps. n 1 of the reasons we clean out dust is to avoid these from happening mah

anyway guys.. need an opinion... what do you guys think about..... blue fans on HAF932. i am talking about CM90cfm19db blue fans.. on HAF932.. 4 at the side panel. 1 at rear exhaust. 3 on top exhaust and maybe another on the bottom intake... just wondering if the blue will match the case.. with the red intake fan... red and blue anyone? i know i blend this once on CM690 but this is a bit different since the front is going to be red and the side and top all blue out
or maybe i can go like... odd even.. like top exhaust 2 red 1 blue... side intake 2 blue 2 red... rear exhaust blue.. and bottom the orange (since i got one xigmatek xlf fan..) or one xlf fan on top with 2 red.. side 2 red 2 blue. rear blue and bottom blue... i am so confuse... i just think that the my red is too bright and not strong enough.. the thing with this HAF932 case is.. a lot of air flow.. and yes a lot of dust... but if u have enuf fan for exhaust and fast enuf air flow in the case.. most of the dust really got suck right out =.=. up till now.. my motherboard is practically dustless.. just my CPU heatsink and my 4870GS heatsink and fan. and my PSU surface... so now i really want extra air flow... and dimmer lights.
hope CM got make the 90CFM fan with red LED like the one that is in the V8 cooler... current LED red CM fans are just around 40CFM and honestly... after a few months... i do think it's kinda too bright lol...
dilemma.....
edit: urgh just check on CM site.... they already have the red and green 90CFM fan released!!!!! I WAN!!! red n blue has been done too many times me think..... hows about getting green LED fans + the xigmatek white LED fans? mix it up a little.... dont know if the color will match or not..... or mebbe use the Vizo UV LED fans..... i personally like the Blue frame with green blades
