You need to change the 212 direction.

212 is very flexible to change the direction unless you have other thing blocking its way.

It total depend on you.
I prefer the top middle case fan to intake flesh air into the case so that my RAM and CPU is cooler (only one fan installed on the top).

p/s I just follow the way my Lian Li A10B fan air flow - intake air from the top casing :-)

It should blowing the hot air toward the end of casing right?
Yours blowing air toward the front ...
