doesn't affect any airflow/fan speed or temperature, depends which do u like.
neither is good nor bad imo.

it is but i wonder when it'll arrive here?
QUOTE from Hardwarezone The top front panel with its dial for fan and LED control is useful but it felt a bit cheap due to its use of plastic. Plastics, in our opinion, really do not befit a casing that is targeted at hardcore users. Still, at a recommended retail price of US$169 (S$239), it is a good S$150 less than the Cooler Master Cosmo S and is priced at exactly the same price as the HAF 932. In light of that, we can't really complain can we? it's nearly the same price range wif HAF932, no? |

lol, jz mod any cases u bought la hermit, use WC if u fear so much for the dust
well, honestly i still like Cosmos S more than any other cases out there, even the new 'tong minyak' but i still not ready to embrace WC...yet n would go for the ol' skul air cooling method. dust or not, i'll clean it up anyways. @loongking, RM899 is still... |

QUOTE(xelnamikaze @ Jan 17 2009, 07:10 PM) actually .. i do think that theory is just theory .. it needs to put into practical so that "real" results are acquired .. ur statement here is quite bold, be aware tat without theories, there wouldn't be any products we use today u know. but the thing is .. i don't have Hyper212 .. only v8 .. but in few months time, i will certainly test out Hyper212 with the different type of configurations and v8 .. i suggest u go n read a book or article in the internet called THERMODYNAMICS, u'll learn more 'theories' n 'practical' there. back to Hyper 212, here's one the reviews by overclocker's club. Hyper 212 review, 1 & 2 fan configuration |

QUOTE(pekies @ Jan 17 2009, 10:47 PM) aiyo.. this topic is beyond argument. It's like arguing weather moon has rabbits or not. 2 fans in blow-suck configuration on any heat sink will be better than 1 fan blow. Its the law of thermodynamics. Furthermore higher volume of air flow = higher heat capacity. There's even a equation to explain that also. thx for the formulas, but we dun need to spoon fed them always. let them learn by themselves Q/t = m . C .dT Q/s = rate of heat energy transferred , kilowatt m = mass flow rate of air, kg/s C = heat capacity of air, constant, kJ/kgK dT = difference in T between the 2 bodies, K it's by the book, u cant go wrong. change topic, one of my 90cfm LED just blew.. WTF just 2 weeks. did u bought the fan in those ordinary plastics or hard cover? jz curious... |
