We at [ESP] Gaming are currently looking for new members to replace some empty slots in our teams.
We are currently looking for 2 members.

Restrictions
1. You must NOT be part of other clans
2. You must NOT leave other clans for this slot
3. I won't buy the "i just left my clan" get up. I will personally ask your previous clan if that is the case. if your clan dies because you leave, i'll personally be the death of you.

Requirements
1. You must be commited, generally if you have other commitments, we don't really mind. But still, it is important to state them before we recruit you. Such as you play other games etc etc.
Our players are not necessarily forced into one game, many of our members actually play competitively in other games, such as Counter-Strike: Source(Nitron), C&C: Kane's Wrath (Holyboy & Pikachu). This reason exists solely for training purposes, if you need training for your other games, we need to slot it in so you can train with your team.
2. You must play the game. We don't expect you to master the game overnight, in fact, this game is new. We're looking for fast learners, players with potential and confidence to push forward and go against the best of the best. If you have any one of these, you're half way there. We'll give you the other half.
3. Be ready to travel. We go overseas for tournaments, we plan to. In fact, our sponsors and team leaders encourage playing with the rest of the world. It is a neccesity to maintain our standards locally and internationally.
4. Be ready to support the gaming community, [ESP] Gaming isn't just about playing games, we work for the community which also means we must maintain a steady relationship with others in the industry, big companies and media. Your behaviour in front of the camera, in game and around people must be decent. Keep your pants on at least?

Not a Necessity, but a bonus.
1. Competitive FPS background such as CS, CS:S or Battlefield 2142. If you have a competitive background, then you know how it works. It's a bonus, but not a requirement. We share our experiences and send inexperienced players into the fight. Reserves get to play as much as mains do. We ensure everyone gets a chance, you show the commitment, you will definitely be in. if you know more than formerly FmJ| Ut4d4 H|karu aka [ESP].Hayabusa, you're half way there
2. Fast reflexes are not a requirement, but a bonus. You think you got lightning reflexes? Test it against our benchmark players [ESP]. Quack and [ESP]. Susu.
3. A Snap shot are you? Again, not a requirement, most of our snipers are. If you think you can snipe better than any other gun you use, why not try it against our snipers, [ESP]. Nobie and [ESP].Death
4. You think you can lead, then? Try your hand at leading. You don't need to be a team leader to lead. We encourage charismatic individuals with skill to be leaders. Our currently squad leaders are [ESP].Hayabusa, [ESP].Sanction, [ESP].Phyo and [ESP].Quack.
5. Are you tactical? Come up with suprises. If you think you can outsmart tacticians in battle, why not try them out. Remember, all talk is nothing, unless you've got action to support it.

Again, these are not a necessity. We're not THAT fussy, in fact, all you really need is for us to like you. Team Chemistry is of utmost importance really, so even if you're good, but no one likes you.. you're pretty much screwed anyway.

Our Plans for you
Once you are recruited, you generally get absorbed into a team and begin training immediately. We don't give up on our members, so don't give up on yourselves. Even if you don't make the cut, it doesn't mean other clans won't recruit you.

We train internally and externally, your chances to be in our regional team is equal. In fact, we draft before every major competition overseas, assuming we do go over

Team attachments also means you will get the sponsorships attached to that team, its perks and also the possibility of being sponsored in the future. But, don't keep your hopes up too high, we're still a small clan, with big dreams

So, keep it cheery.
We're gonna filter applicants and test you out in a trial. If we see potential, you're in. Simple as that. You don't need to beat the crap out of SuSu or me, just show us some potential

Jokes aside anyone thats is interested should come down and try it out... i think crashtec failed to mention that our home base is is Blitzone Damansara, come around and play just joining pub games doing well might get u noticed (we are there almost 24/7).

PLEASE take note of the restrictions, as CoD4 is a new game we dont want clans to break up, it hurts the community having less clans participating.

Besides all that do come down and try out ull never know u haz l33t ninja skillz,show them to us.

Hey guys, jookiE here,

I am really interested in joining ESP and to contribute all i can for this clan. Some of you might already know me., Ive played with Pika and Holyboy alot of times in the past. Currently, clanless after after the mass exodus of XEF -ALPHA and have been clan searching and waiting for windows of opportunities like this one to happen =D.
