about the heat issue,some posted idle 50-60C,try install those amd driver for it,there are few from the web,
think u're funning at full speed on idle mine 35 idle but not full clock speed,but if u were to convert video at full clock,yes the core temp 70,cpu temp arnd 59 to 61 |

about the battery life..just dl the amd driver's and install notebook hardware control
can last 2 hours 45 minutes with wifi... |
