Weird, I didnt install Cyberlink Youcam but webcam drivers are automatically installed using Microsoft drivers and recognized as HP Webcam 101.

Btw, after some findings, 125AX shares the same board as dv5z which comes with 780G IGP and HD 3450. That means HD 3200 is onboard but disabled by HP! A lot of dv5z users are bugging HP for enabling the onboard HD 3200 so Hybrid Crossfire can be used. I suggest 125AX users to bug HP so they will release a new BIOS version so we can use Hybrid Crossfire. Pls use chat or send HP tons of emails.

Btw here is the link for dv5z discussion board.

Notebook review dv5z discussion board.

XP might be smoother but I recommend Vista, ATI drivers have matured and the performance difference between XP is Vista is almost non-existance. In fact Vista might run faster because of better DX10 optimisation. If you have 2GB and above, I recommend Vista.
I was the one who stated that. Actually someone opened up the laptop and confirmed its the 780G inside. CPU-Z and Everest in my laptop also stated 780G. Hopefully HP will do something because hybrid graphics for budged model would be awesome.

i cannot wait to see this feature will be available to compaq cq 40
i'm targeting this laptop for my first laptop wink.gif

I wanna ask if anyone tried upgrading their model's proc to this one:

Turion Ultra ZM-85
2300 MHz
2 x 1 MiB
2200 MHz
11.5x
35 W
Socket S1G2

Socket wise, its compatible and its workable. Theoretically should be able to upgrade but are mobile processors sold in single packages? Haha
*
but the first thing u need to check is....whether the proc is soldered to the mobo or not... hmm.gif
after tat u can try ur luck by searching for the proc on ebay..... nod.gif
