Hello HTC Touch Pro owner fellows

I just got mine last week and I'm very happy with it.

I got one problem though: When both the wifi and 3g are on, I would like the phone to use wifi for Internet browsing/emails but the phone still using 3g connection.

If I want to force the phone to use wifi, I have to do:
start > settings > connections > connections > advanced > select "My work network" ...

And later when I disconnect the wifi I have to do the same process again and select "Maxis 3G" to be able to browse using 3g ... :/

Is there any way to have the phone automatically use wifi when available and revert to 3g when the wifi is down ?

I do use the email client sucessfully. My email server is using ssl.

I have one more email account i didn't setup yet which does not use ssl and does not use default smtp port. I'll let you know if it works.

Meanwhile have you tried to enter the smtp server like that: <smtp server IP/dns>:<port no> ?

use Diamond TF3D Config program. It was designed for the diamond but works with the Touch Pro as well.
