well, u can find plenty of dismantle guides for electronic appliance specifically such as mobile phone, mp3, dvd player, and such, even on youtube. i have once having difficulty with my creative zen mp3 booting up, after referring to a dismantle guide on youtube to remove and re-install the internal battery, it works perfectly.
