this is normal bro....even it's 2 months old but it's still under warranty period, no worry on that. They will still have to replace the part if found faulty but not as easy as simply exchange it. you will need to send the device for them to test and confirm it's faulty thou...

some dealer is willing to help their customer all out especially on RMA issue....but then again you will still need to send it to them for testing first....no harm to give your dealer a buzz on your issue, who knows your dealer might just swap a new battery for you without going thru SIS ...maybe only ya....

VIBRATION ISSUE...

for those who are facing some issue with the vibration issue, probably you guys might want to play around with this registry tweak....

HKCU\Control Panel\Sounds\RingTone0

edit this string/value - 'av0pw3'

'av0pw3r' basically activates your phone [a], vibrates indefinitely [v0], plays the set ringtone [p], waits for a few seconds [w3] and then repeats [r]

note : please back up the original setting before tweaking this [ just in case you guys want to revert back to the original setting ]. i have not try this as i'm not facing any issue here....

this tweak will also helps on the ring delay issue too....change [w3] to [w0]

both my TP and p3600 are using motorola car charger till now, no problem so far! my p3600 battery still strong and healthy

voice command problem? i don't use skype on TP and i don't face any issue with voice command as i don't use it at all . by pressing down the call key for more than 3 sec, it will activate the voice command feature right?....how does this interfering with skype? i don't think you can uninstall the voice command, but i guess the only way to disable it is to 'tweak' the registry.....
