Some are hard to find in the market. Thus, the price is a little bit high. Besides that, we are offering a 7 days warranty and 3 days money back guarantee which I don't think you can find it anywhere else. We also know which remote can be used as a substitute if there is no exact model as requested by customers. Why buy a wrong remote that is unusable when you can buy the correct one from us? 3) Quality of our products? They may vary according to manufacturers, batches and models. However, we will check that the remotes are functional before we dispatch them to the customers. 4) Customers drop or broke the remote. Still got warranty? No. User faults are not included. 5) The remote or the seller did not mention what type of batteries to use. So the buyer inserted the wrong batteries and damaged the remote. Whose fault?
