i also encounter the similar problem like urs. my lp spec intel c2d T5600 ,1GB RAM ,120GB of HD with Window Vistawhen i start adobe flash CS3, it also cause my lp speed very slow, memory usage about 85% above.
normally by just start Window, it already used up about 60% of memory...
if it really cause by using Window Vista, if i upgrade my RAM to 3GB or 4GB of RAM,will it perform faster?
