hi guys...i just got my iphone....i know there r a lot of threads....been reading them but kinda confused....

1. my 3g 16GB is fully unlocked version coming from Singtel with receipt n serieal no is 86XXX onwards

2. I tried activating through ITUNES, but got myself registered a Malaysia a/c; from my understanding US a/c is better ? with more downloads available ?

3. I roughly understand that jailbreaking means HACKING through the system ori filesystem / OS; is this required for other applications such as BOSSPREF etc etc appl software ? or games ?

4. I seen a lot of you talking on pwning ? pwnage ? wat is dat means ?

mine is on the high side....more than 3500 slightly...but i dun mind it....since it is a ON THE DAY ..more like morning i post nite time met dealer n acquire iphone lor its a white 3g 16GB
confirmed a singtel set with even receipt
good service n also free some additional charger....

a lot of stuckup dealers in here...asking for deposit deposit n more deposit.....i even had some riddiculous attitude thrown at me.....gosh; there was even 1 case, when a dealer posted a good price at 3100 but later on only saying its 2nd hand !!! ask him for a brand new set he doesnt have stock !!! that's why i dun mind paying slightly on the higher side of 3k ++....taking consideration from other threads like LOUIS or Nokia had mentioned in SG...even 8gb is around 1k ....n 16gb is around 1500 - 1700 sgd.....so with RM weakening terribly this wk....no choice man....but at least got wat i wanted primarily

yahoo...just got my US itunes a/c

so now do i need to activate my Iphone using the itunes ? earlier i have done it with my Malaysia Itunes a/c ;

so how do i transfer the apps / games into the iphone ? its simple to do it via the desktop Itunes easily ? or do i need to JailBreak it ???coz i prefer not to JB my iphone....or its a norm for 3G iphone user to do dat ?

how about those mentioned good to have appl i.e bosspref, cycorder....meaning need to JAILBREAK my iphone ?

any iphone 3G owners have done it ? issit it a norm ? i find it a bit sayang
