How do u apply eyes shadow / liner to get this kinda smokey effect on the lower eye lid?

miki jieee, the lower eye line is just lined with eyeliner ne. the smokey part is concentrated on the upper eyelid ma.

btw, you can actually find make up tutorial in youtube. there's tons of tutorial about anything about make up.

it's not exactly shadow la actually. because when u apply eyeshadow, u dun just put a layer there and done.

you have to go step by step.
different make up style, have different step.

while the lower eyelid of the pic u posted, i guess it's some some light colour eyeshadow (for eg, light beige which is near white with a bit of shimmery effect) that she use to highlight her lower eyelid before lining it with eyeliner. it gives the impression of more awake and watery eyes.

anyway, tutorial from youtube is the best.

but they don't have many for asian eyes. even if they do, its not very pretty. and i have small eyes, but i still have eyelids. the videos on youtube don't do many for that unless i've not been searching properly.

the main thing i want to know is lower lids. i have small eyes, so if i put anything in the bottom lids, it'll look weird!
