Hi guys,

Although I am not working in JB currently, it is my hometown. In future I might return to work in JB, so am surveying landed homes to buy so me and my family can move in (we don't own any property at the moment).

Have been eyeing the second round of developments at Setia Tropika which would be completed by Nov 2009 and May 2010. What do you guys think of the homes offered? I am personally eyeing a corner lot from either the Caryota Zest or Caryota Coop types.

Setia Tropika Double Story Houses

What are your opinions? Good buy in a good location?

Many thanks in advance.
??!!

With the current situation, you'll likely get a similar property in sseconday market for much cheaper

Hmm, you may be right. Saw an ad for a previous 4R3B house in Setia Tropika going for 280k... Maybe will wait till end of the year.

Hey currently the area of Setia Tropica has been going up to around 450K for all those new design like D_Cube,Caryota..and others....

I would plan to purchase a house for my investment and i came across this SP Setia Tropica, whereby has a very strategic location that link from Plus highway and EDL which will be completed in year 2012.

So do you think that this is the good investment. The unit that i'm planning to buy is about 5 room with 1 utilities room. If i would like to rent it out, would it be really hard with the property market in Johor area....

SP Setia has a pretty good track record in developing and managing good townships, so I don't think you'll go wrong with any of their projects.

As for me, I'm eagerly awaiting the launch of their KL Eco City project...*drool*

Not 730k.

638k-648k for latest 20x70, 20x75.

the response is good for their latest launch though.
