there are many ways to hack blogspot accounts, if you know their IP. but still, it takes some effort.
you cant hack blogspot itself, too hard.

2)prepare millions of dollars. wait.. billions, since bloggers using blogspot make a lot of money too.

or if you just want to hack 1 guys blogspot account, go ahead. almost impossible to catch you.
