I am wondering Why my porting has no news at all! But after I come here online realize that I am not the only one I am using Hotlink(Prepaid) and port to Celcom UOX on 1st December. Until now no news at all. Should I complain to MCMC? Or I should visit celcom branch ?

QUOTE(Sarah0925 @ Dec 8 2008, 08:31 PM) I need help here. If i want to switch to UOX from my current prepaid (DIGI), can I still use back my old number, 016xxxxxxx.? What if this 016 number, its not under my name, but under my dad's name. How? Can i still switch? Thx. you can switch to UOX and remains your number However, the number's name must be your name I think you are a supplementary line under your father's main line? You must change to prepaid before porting.

However, I do not receive any sms to ask me change the sim card? Is it because My phone is closed?
Celcom will not deliver any sms send to me when my handphone is closed even i open my handphone? how to open celcom misscall notification?

QUOTE(epool86 @ Dec 17 2008, 10:46 AM) some people received notification sms, some other didnot.. but once u notice that your old line is no longer active, that mean you can switch to your new simcard.. celcom miscall notification is active by default. as long as you're subsribing to their voice mail service.. thank you how do i know that i am using their voice mail service? is it also used by default?
