hyelo guys..i want to change to UOX from hotlink prepaid.. did i need to go to maxis centre first for porting or just directly go to celcom branch and change to UOX..??

activated yesterday, the exp date change to 2017 however i still cannot use 8pax feature...can activate but failed when adding number..try my friend UOX number several time still fail...called clcm cntr asked, then they said we having system breakdown..almost 1 week, also system breakdown..damm..
my friends add me as 8pax successed but me fail when adding their numbers.. |

done activated but having problem with 8pax feature..i can active it but fail when adding UOX number, the weird things is, my friends can add my number but i cannot..think to cancel this number and buy a new one..
Is it any fees be charged for canceling number?? |
