Sorry i reply you post too fast and I have missed this updated line.

I agree that the call rate of RM1/day for all DiGi number is a GREAT offer. Unlimited internet for RM30/month ANYWHERE in the country is equally GREAT which UOX can't even dream to beat. Still I can't deny that the UOX call rate of 15cent/min anywhere in the country is a GREAT thing.
*
For internet, UOX charge RM8/day... cool2.gif

No I'm not. I'm a DiGi fanboy if you don't already notice. biggrin.gif

Anyway, I'm more than 25 years of age already. Where in this age range DiGi package is the BEST of all. thumbup.gif

Exactly! Which is amount to RM240/Month for UOX. That's INSANE if you compare to DiGi RM30/Month.
*
If you're over 26 years old and your UOX has been converted back to normal XPax, just port away to DiGi!! smile.gif
Normal XPax just sucks!! No offense here but that's true...
Till now normal XPax still charging outstation call rate of RM2.00++/min.. hmm.gif

I think the RM8/day if only for those who badly in need of internet only.
But at least it's better than KIAXIS (What's that? tongue.gif Refer to my sig) that charge RM0.01/kb.
1kb RM0.01 is not much, but a simple small picture can be around 50kb

i've already made a request to port my hotlink(013 number) to uox.... the blue cube girl said i can port to uox as im now using maxis line although my no is 013....

but now already 2 weeks maxis still didnt terminate my no and the uox simcard still cannot be used... i still didnt go to their branch but i suspect maxis is declining the porting.... maybe they have some trick to decline the porting request by celcom...
*
Maxis very kiasu 1. Always creating lots of problem when its user wanting to port out.
Mine also no response since i submit the request on 26 November.
(Port from Maxis Hotlink to Celcom)
I had launch a complain to MCMC just now. I will see how MCMC react.
A forumer successfully ported his number from Maxis to Celcom within 48 hours after he complain to MCMC, he waited for more than 2 weeks before he launch his complain.

You are using prepaid or postpaid?
Make sure you are using the same owner name.
You can submit the complain here. MCMC (English name) or SKMM(Malay name).

I am wondering Why my porting has no news at all!
But after I come here online realize that I am not the only one
I am using Hotlink(Prepaid) and port to Celcom UOX on 1st December.
Until now no news at all. Should I complain to MCMC?
Or I should visit celcom branch ?

And remember to do ownership transfer too.
To transfer the DiGi line from your dad's name to yours.
Both you and your dad must present during the ownership transfer

Wait, i still dont quite get it. I'm not a supp line under my dad. Im using DIGI prepaid, but its registered under my dad's name. Cuz last time when i went to register at Petronas kiosk, I duno why but my IC just cant go through, so i had to use my dad's instead.
You mean now tht Im using DIGI prepaid under my dad's name, I hv to do the ownership transfer to my name first, then only I can switch to Celcom UOX and use back my same 016 number?
If it's so, how do i get the ownership transfer procedure done? Where?

how long it takes to port-in from digi to uox?
last time i was port-in from hotlink to digi postpaid, it takes 1 day only.. but now, after saw UOX plan,  i think its the best plan ever in malaysia..

i stay near ampang, so where i can convert to UOX?
planning to convert end of this month.. huhu.. cant wait..
*
if you just go Celcom branch, might need to wait a long time.
because they simply don't bother. if they bother, also within 24 hours can complete

if it missing, you can request a new simcard (with same number).. if its expired (credit), you still can request new simcard (with same number).. but if its already exceeding the grace period (100 days after credit expired), then u cannot request simcard replacement anymore.. need to apply a new number..

for charge, if you're old celcom users (use that number for more than 1 year), no charge apply.. for example, im using my xpax number since 2006. so far i already request simcard replacement twice, and another request for simcard upgrading.. none of it charge, its free.

but if you're new celcom user, you have to pay rm5.00 fee for a simcard replacement/upgrading.
*
I think UOX don't have that kind of grace period since the validity is until our 26th's birthday.. smile.gif

RM30+/month for unlimited internet usage.
But not sure is it limited to campus area.

*
I'm having this problem for once.
This is what i do, might be working, or might not.
1)Send a sms to your own number to see can or not.
2)If can't, try make call to a Celcom number.
Still can't, restart your phone, do step 2) following by step 1)

i thought it automatically...
*
Don't know.
But most UOX number requires us to go to centre to do verification.

verification for active or to get extended validity?

For validity until you're 26.
If you didn't go for verification, you only enjoy normal xpax validity

cant. if you from other telco like maxis or Digi, its can.  smile.gif

This is a repeated question i guess.
Now can't change directly from XPax to UOX, but can first port to other telco (Except Maxis) then port back to UOX.

happy is <rm0.99/call.
if UOX, the nearest is rm1.05/7 minutes.
i am sure not every call we made is more than 7 minutes...

Well, Happy isn't that good for ordinary usage...
Like what monara calculated, who makes every calls for more than 7 mins? tongue.gif

Why except maxis? Means what ha?

UOX user, wanna ask a bit let say i guy age 24 rightnow he using digi016,if that number port to celcom UOX how much he need to pay? If relaod Rm10 how many days is the validity period. Asking all these on behalf of my friend.

Thanks in advance.
*
Maxis will sucks all your money...
They like to take advantage on their user..
Check their ads, all of them are misleading..
You don't need to pay if you port to UOX.
But Celcom will give you free RM5.00.
If you reload only RM10, the validity will be until your 26th's birthday.
No wonder how much you topup or even you didn't topup, still the same, the validity will until your 26th birthday
